Creative Time Management from WOMENOMICS

If you are a woman struggling with work/life balance, this book sounds like a winner:

NAWBO :: A Conversation with Claire Shipman and Katty Kay, authors of WOMENOMICS:

"Can you give examples from your own careers on how you employed some of the techniques that you lay out in WOMENOMICS?
Katty: On big issues—I’ve used so many! I’ve forced myself to redefine success—and then I’ve actually acted on it. When the BBC wanted me to take a full-time anchor job—I turned them down, and told them I could only do it 4 days a week. I never thought they’d say yes, but they did. And on the small stuff, I employ Womenomics every day. I never attend meetings that aren’t necessary. In fact, I’m only in the office when I truly need to be. I think constantly about strategic yeses and nos—and I ALWAYS take my holidays!"
