Did you hear about the recent case where a worker is suing a former employer because of an "unmanageable workload"? I certainly emphasize; I just didn't realize that there would be 569 search results when I googled to find the specifics of the case.
What makes an unmanageable workload? For an employee, it's often the number of interruptions. For an entrepreneur, it's generally not taking the time to plan the day and determining what's realistic to accomplish off a very long to-do list.
What makes your workload unmanageable? Please share your thoughts and stories in the comment section.
