I love this product! How does it help? I have a long shelf under my desk I use for books. It's always been a pain to pull a book out, because that action would start a cascade of falling books. These nifty "Miracle Bookends" create adjustable (up to 5 inches per segment, with 2 segments per bookend) spaces that limit how far a book can fall. Better than a magazine file, because there is no lip to pull the book over - and it doesn't overhang the shelf like a magazine file.
