Thanks for the laugh..yes, I laughed because since I own a specialty bakery, this is what I do everyday! Only, like home there is no one else to write the production sheets, place the orders for ingredients. Oh sure, I have staff to do the baking and decorating (as well as myself - that was the fun part in class)Thanks to all of you for the feedback. and everyone does their turn at the clean-up...but I want to opt for only the fun part..after all that is what the classes told us it would be.
And now, the Food Channel makes it even harder all the "wanna-be decorators" never see any one clean-up their mess!!!
