Are there items on your to-do list that you keep rolling over? Ask yourself this question: “Is this a project or a task?”
A task can be accomplished in one step. As a general rule, a step will take less than an hour to complete. A project takes several steps. Until a task is broken down into steps, it can seem overwhelming on a to-do list. Break those projects into steps, then write the steps, not the entire project on your list. Your list should immediately seem more manageable!
