I often suggest spending just twenty minutes a day on an organizing project, and this week I'm really practicing what I preach. I'm staying in Vail, CO, where the only internet access I have is the public library, which imposes a twenty minute deadline on internet usage. Once you log on, there's even a window at the top of the screen counting down your time. Once your time zeros out, the computer logs you off, and your session is over! You have no idea how efficient you can be with that type of restriction.
With the six minutes I currently have remaining, may I suggest using a ticking timer of your own if you find yourself spending too much time with your email.
